Steve McGrady

Steve McGrady

Managing Consultant

Steve specialises in Business Strategy, Organisation Development, Leadership and Management. He completed his MBA at the Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree.

In 1993 he successfully completed the Strategy and Strategic Management programme at Cranfield School of Management, England. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Consulting and the Institute of Leadership and Management (FCMI, FIC, FInstLM, UK).

He works with a range of organisations across many industries, and, in addition to board level management experience, he has performed roles as both an external and internal consultant with organisations in the UK, USA, Germany and South Africa. Recent assignments have included programme management for a manufacturing group, culture change in the nuclear energy industry, process improvement for energy companies, strategy advice for a government ministry in the Middle East, and acquisition integration for a leading US-based bank.

Hazel Russo

Hazel has been coaching executives and leaders from a wide range of industries for over 15 years. Clients include individuals and teams in the energy, finance, IT, health, education and voluntary sectors.

Originally a mathematics and psychology graduate, Hazel worked in a number of national policy roles before pursuing her interests in coaching and people development. She is accredited by the Association for Coaching and facilitates the Association’s Central London Co-coaching Forum.

Hazel is the creator of Lumination, a coaching style board game which generates a rich coaching and learning experience for the participants. As well as a coaching and facilitation tool, Lumination can also be used to develop coaching skills as part of coach training, accreditation and supervision.

Tony has 25 years experience in managing international companies with a focus on Strategy Implementation, Business Development, & Operations.

Tony has been trained in Management, Finance and Information Sciences at various European and US Institutes. His mother tongue is English, and he is fluent in German.

Dr. Clare Horn

Clare started her career as a technical specialist in the defence industry. Intially focussing on the application of advanced quality tools and Lean Six Sigma (as a certified Black Belt and trained Master Black Belt), she has since applied these methodologies in a diverse range of commercial environments, including finance, energy generation & distribution, construction, and oil & gas. She has extensive experience in both executive/leadership coaching and project delivery capacities.
Clare’s additional areas of specialism include team performance management, risk and communications/stakeholder management. She has performed one-to-one coaching and group facilitation roles across these disciplines.
Clare is additionally an OFSTED accredited trainer, and has developed and delivered material for Operational Excellence/LSS formal training courses in addition to informal coaching support tools. She has delivered and managed training programmes spanning all practitioner levels, from introductory and Yellow Belt through Green Belt to Black Belt, including select tools to Master Black Belt level
